Chance turned 3 years old!

Chance turned 3yrs old on Jan. 17th.  We celebrated his birthday with pizza and cake at CiCi's (his choice).  We had his little party which turned into a huge party this Saturday at the jumpy place here in town.  Chance had a blast and so many of his little friends came to help him celebrate.  We did pizza and cake AGAIN.  The kid loves him some pizza and there isnt much to choose from where we live.

 This picture was the morning of his birthday!  We filled his room with balloons and streamers and he loved waking up to madness...then he was off to school wearing his new boots!

 I asked him if he wanted cakes or cupcakes and his exact words were that he wanted a cake, a football cake.  I got the cake at Walmart - they didnt do too bad.

 I love this sweet face more than words can express.  Chance you have made the last three years of my life so special and I didnt know my heart could feel so much love for someone.  I pray that you continue to grow to be happy, healthy. God loving little boy who loves to be home with his family like you do now.  We love you to the moon and back.

Surprise 30th Birthday Party

Yesterday, my husband totally surprised me and threw a 30th birthday party for me.  I thought we were going on a date to PF Chang's and when we went to drop Chance off at my parents (for what I thought we were doing) I walked in to a room full of my favorite people, family and friends, yelling SURPRISE!  I was so shocked.  He really pulled this off without me speculating anything.  He got my favorite cake of all time from Simon Lee Bakery in Pflugerville (thanks to my bestie, Ashley and her parents for picking it up for Doug).  There were friends that came that I hadnt seen in so long and that was such a nice surprise and friends I currently teach with too, and of course my amazing family, coaching families, Ashley and her parents and little Gage.  Chance had so much fun.  He thought it was his birthday :)  He and the boys played tackle and blew out my candles.  :)  We had so much fun just sitting around catching up and talking for hours.  Thank you to everyone that came that made this day so special for me.  I think the 30's are going to be great!
