I just realized I havent blogged in almost a month. April has been a busy month for the Pearce family. Baseball games on Tuesday's and Friday every week and work has been busy due to STAAR testing 5 days out of the month of April. When I find time to sit and blog I dont want to because all I want to do is spend time with Chance and or lay around and rest. This baseball season was a really emotional one mentally and physically. Being pregnant and having a active 3 year old who wants to run around at all the games (he was actually really good at the games) and the stress of the highs and lows of the season, winning then losing, winning and then losing, close close games...wow this momma's anxiety at times was overwhelming. My brother told me I needed to take medicine before all games. haha! I would if I could, Dale. We didnt make the playoffs this year. First time since we have been here and it has been really hard to swallow. Seeing your husband and his team work so hard (they are the best group of young men too) then to come up short in the end has been hard to watch. God has a plan and we will overcome this and on to next season we go. Doug was really close to this group of seniors. They will all be missed dearly.
Tonight I am home cuddling with my little man as Doug and my brother went to be chaperones at prom.
Chance wanted to blow up his little bed we take when we travel to watch a movie tonight. So we did just that, put on our jawmies (pajamas) and are having a relaxing Saturday night.
Chance's teacher at MMO emailed me these two pictures from this week. I love getting updates about what he is doing at school.

One day this week, Chance really wanted to go on a bike ride instead of walking like we usually do...so I got my big butt on the bike and we rode a good while. I was exhausted carrying a 35 lb 3 year old and being 28 weeks pregnant! Boy was I tired. ha!
