Sea World 2013

We took Chance to Sea World this week.  He had a blast and we did too, even me being almost 37 weeks pregnant.  I was able to keep up with Doug and Chance, granted it was very hot and I was exhausted by the time we left but we are so glad we went.  Sea World is pretty awesome they let teachers get in free and so we only had to pay for Chance and of course the dreaded parking fee. ha!  We got there when it opened and went straight to watch Shamu (Chance calls him "Shampoo" - it is so funny).  Then we raced back towards the front and watched the Azul show, which is the dolphins and beluga whales.  After that we went to the Beach of Play for kids.  Its the waterpark for the little kids with rides and lots of water fun.  Chance did not want to leave and we are considering going back again next week :)  That is if I am able to do that! ha.  Here are a few pics I took when I remembered to get out my phone.

Golf , Slip & Slide and Father's Day

Tonight we set up our own version of a slip and slide and Chance had a great time!  After a few slides his Daddy thought it looked like Chance was having too much fun alone...so he decided to join the fun  Chance begged me to come slide but being that I am 36 weeks pregnant I didnt think that was the best idea. 

We have had a busy day.  We are trying to soak up our last days and or weeks as a family of 3 before our newest member arrives :).  This morning we went and let Chance hit golf balls at the driving range and then we went and swam at Nana and Poppa's, had lunch, took naps and woke up and decided to slip and slide.

Baby Showers/Swim Lessons

We have been super busy the last three weekends.  They have been filled with traveling and baby showers.  A couple of weekends ago we traveled to the Ft. Worth area for my sister's baby shower.

We both had really nice showers and are so thankful for the hostesses who made them happen.  Our little boys are already so loved. 
and of course this sweet boy is LOVED oh so much...

SWIM LESSONS:
Chance started swim lessons last week.  It was not the best start I had hoped for but he has learned a few things.  We go again this week and I am hoping for better results.  He really does not like to get his face wet and or to do what the instructor wants him to at times. ha!  Typical 3 year old...
Here he is on our way to his first lesson, he sure looks cute if not anything else...

I go to the doctor this week for my 35 week appt.  I still have so much to do to get ready for Baby #2!
